New SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting Offering Helps Simplify Talent Sourcing Around the World
WALLDORF — SAP SE (NYSE: SAP) today announced the launch of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting, a cloud-based solution meant to help organizations hire the world’s top talent.
Organizations can now post jobs to more than 3,000 sources across more than 80 countries, including job boards, colleges and universities, and social networks, enabling large, midsize and small businesses to quickly find high-performing talent to lead innovation and growth.
Detailed sourcing analytics mean recruiters can spend more time in personal engagements with candidates and less time sorting through the acquisition process.
With SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting, recruiters can post jobs in multiple languages across multiple sources and analyze performance in real time to help optimize sourcing budget and candidate flow. Managing postings and evaluating and comparing the effectiveness of channels on one simple, user-friendly interface can help save time and help improve return on investment.
The result: getting the right people into the right roles quickly to help ensure organizational success.
“With today’s pressure to find the right person as quickly as possible whenever you have a job opening, I think we always wonder if we’ve cast a wide enough net,” said Mike Ettling, president of SAP SuccessFactors.* “Today, you have to be where the best candidates are. By giving you instant and easy access to organizational, niche and school job boards, as well as social networks around the world, we’re taking the complexity out of the sourcing game. Our recruiting solution is the most global in the market, meaning you have greater access to top talent, and you’ll more efficiently and effectively manage and measure who, how and where you recruit.”
“We are experiencing significant growth organically and through acquisitions, so simplifying our HR platform and recruiting process was essential to our success,” said Thayre Faust, director of IT at A.O. Smith Corporation. “We needed to improve the experience of our candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and HR, so we turned to SAP SuccessFactors solutions to support our HR transformation journey.” Mary Sue Handel, director of Global Talent Management at A.O.
